1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tivo platform ("Service"), operated by YEEMA HOLDINGS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15809333), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Tivo is an AI-powered professional message writing assistant that helps users compose and improve business messages including replies, follow-ups, negotiations, and reminders. The Service generates suggested text based on user inputs — it does not send messages on your behalf unless a future feature explicitly enables this with your consent.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Tivo offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. To subscribe, contact us at [email protected] with your chosen plan. We will send you a secure payment link and activate your plan within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all fees unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely via a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
- We are currently evaluating payment providers. Our payment process may change as we integrate automated billing.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, partial billing periods, or unused generations. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing messages.
- Circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Service's underlying systems.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the property of YEEMA HOLDINGS LTD. You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. AI-generated output is provided for your use but we make no claim of ownership over it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
- The Service will achieve specific results for your communications.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEEMA HOLDINGS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
