Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tivo platform ("Service"), operated by YEEMA HOLDINGS LTD trading as Yeema, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15809333), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tivo is an AI-powered professional message writing assistant that helps users compose and improve business messages including replies, follow-ups, negotiations, and reminders. The Service generates suggested text based on user inputs — it does not send messages on your behalf unless a future feature explicitly enables this with your consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions, Billing and Payment

Tivo offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis in US Dollars (USD). When you subscribe, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method on each billing anniversary until you cancel.

  • Prices: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST will be added at checkout where required by law and shown to you before you confirm payment.
  • Payment processors: Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and Paddle.com Market Ltd. Where Paddle is used, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Service, and your payment is made to Paddle. Stripe and Paddle are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and we do not see, handle or store your full payment card details.
  • Accepted payment methods: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (via Paddle) PayPal.
  • Recurring billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you expressly consent to recurring charges on the payment method you provide.
  • Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and, if unsuccessful, suspend your access until payment is received.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree to the new price you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Receipts: A receipt will be emailed to you after each successful payment by our payment processor.

6. Refunds and Consumer Rights

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details, including refunds for subsequent renewals.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including (where applicable) your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or equivalent EU legislation.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, by contacting us at [email protected], or (for subscriptions purchased through Paddle) through the account link provided in your Paddle receipt. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting that policy, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or phishing messages in breach of applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Service's underlying systems.
  • Operate any business or transact in any goods or services prohibited by our payment processors Stripe or Paddle.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
