Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 10 April 2026

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may and may not use the Tivo service ("Service") operated by YEEMA HOLDINGS LTD trading as Yeema. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and to cooperate with law enforcement and our payment processors (Stripe and Paddle) where appropriate.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to generate, transmit, store or share content that:

  • Is illegal under any applicable law, including the laws of the United Kingdom and of any jurisdiction where your recipient is located.
  • Is threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or promotes violence or discrimination against any individual or group.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Infringes any intellectual property right, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or contractual right of any third party.
  • Contains malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malicious code.
  • Constitutes misinformation or disinformation intended to mislead or deceive the recipient.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, bulk messaging, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, the US CAN-SPAM Act, or the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
  • Engage in phishing, smishing, vishing, impersonation, social engineering, or any other form of fraud or identity theft.
  • Generate content intended to scam, defraud, manipulate, or extort any person.
  • Conduct unauthorised debt collection or make illegal threats of legal action.
  • Sell or promote goods or services that you are not legally authorised to sell in your jurisdiction.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, billing, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or training data of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written permission.

4. Prohibited businesses and industries

Because Tivo uses Stripe and Paddle as its payment processors, we align with their restricted and prohibited business lists. You may not use the Service to support, promote, or transact in:

  • Adult content or services, escort services, or sexual services of any kind.
  • Unlicensed gambling, sports betting, lotteries, or games of chance.
  • Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or the unauthorised sale of prescription medication.
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories prohibited by applicable law.
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or "get rich quick" schemes.
  • Cryptocurrency mining pools, ICOs, unregistered securities, or unlicensed financial services.
  • Counterfeit goods or items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Human trafficking, forced labour, or any activity that exploits vulnerable people.
  • Goods or services that are subject to US, UK, EU or UN sanctions, or that would cause us or our payment processors to breach any sanctions regime.

For the full lists, see the Stripe Restricted Businesses List and the Paddle Acceptable Use Policy.

5. AI-generated content

Tivo uses AI models to generate text. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. You must not:

  • Present AI-generated content as the work of a human in contexts where this is prohibited (for example, academic submissions where it is not permitted, or legal, medical, or financial advice provided to consumers).
  • Use the Service to automate decisions that significantly affect individuals (such as hiring, credit or legal decisions) without appropriate human oversight.
  • Generate content that impersonates a real, named individual without their consent.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe the Service is being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to us at [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • Remove content that violates this AUP.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
  • Report violations to law enforcement or to our payment processors.
  • Withhold refunds where the account is terminated for violation of this AUP or our Terms.
